Spatial and Single-Cell Multi-omics in R

A Hands-On Workshop for R-Based Multi-omic Immune Phenotyping

Join our hands-on workshop and master the R programming workflows essential for cutting-edge, multi-omic analysis of immune cell phenotypes in lymphoid tissues.

Dr Barbara Szomolay, Senior Lecturer at Cardiff University will lead this workshop and introduce practical ways to work with spatial and single-cell multi-omics data in R.

Using a public human lymphoid tissue dataset to work through a prepared Xenium example. The session will cover how spatial transcriptomics data can be linked with single-cell RNA-seq and CITE-seq references for cell type annotation, look at how Multi-ome data can help with biological interpretation and AI-assisted cell annotation.

Prior experience with R is required to participate.
